FitFabCities Printable Workout: Do It Anywhere, 1,2,3 Hundred Workout (Celeb Favorite) Aug 23, 2012 9:09 AM Lately I've been really into Cross Fit type workouts where you do rounds of multiple reps of a handfull of exercises. It find this format makes the time go by really quickly and leaves me super sweaty with sore muscles the next day. For me, that means workout mission accomplished! Cross Fit and the "300 Workout" become really popular a few years ago after the movie 300 came out and Geralrd Butler completely transformed his physique. Once reseved for the boys, now plenty of ladies including celebs like Jessica Biel, Cameron Diaz and Malin Akerman do it. This is my version of the 300 workout with full body exercises you can do anywhere...gym, park, even the living room. All you need is a pair of dumbells and I promise this workout will kick you butt! FitFabCities Printable Workout: No Equipment, Bikini Body Bootcamp Jun 12, 2012 9:23 AM All right ladies ...summer's here and that means it's time to hit the beach! Given it's the season to show a little more skin, I think you're going to love this bikini (or boardshort, I don't want to leave the guys out) bootcamp workout. There is no better way to burn fat and get totally tight and toned than by combining cardio with full body strength work. Plus, since you'll be alternating between cardio and strength sections, this is also a killer interval workout . With the weather is getting better feel free to do this workout outside since you don't need any equipment. It's also perfect for the gym if you prefer to bike or do the elliptical trainer instead of running. This one is going to make you sweat, but I promise if you do it 2-3 times a week you'll be hitting the beach with confidence! Happy Workout! FitFabCities 9 Fabulous Striped Summer Dresses May 23, 2012 12:07 PM   Sun, summer and stripes...three of my absolute favorite things! I just can't pass up stripes, ... it doesn't matter where I find them, on chairs, shirts, bedding, towels, pillows , you name it, if I find something with stripes it/s probably coming home with me. FitFabCities Printable Workout: Tank Top Arms May 10, 2012 10:04 AM   With spring here and summer around the corner, what could be better than a printable workout designed specifically to help you get tank top arms?!?
