Lately I've been really into Cross Fit type workouts where you do rounds of multiple reps of a handfull of exercises. It find this format makes the time go by really quickly and leaves me super sweaty with sore muscles the next day. For me, that means workout mission accomplished!
Cross Fit and the "300 Workout" become really popular a few years ago after the movie 300 came out and Geralrd Butler completely transformed his physique. Once reseved for the boys, now plenty of ladies including celebs like Jessica Biel, Cameron Diaz and Malin Akerman do it. This is my version of the 300 workout with full body exercises you can do anywhere...gym, park, even the living room. All you need is a pair of dumbells and I promise this workout will kick you butt! Try for 1, 2 or 3 times through and for 100, 200 or 300 reps that will get your whole body totally toned.

All right ladies ...summer's here and that means it's time to hit the beach! Given it's the season to show a little more skin, I think you're going to love this bikini (or boardshort, I don't want to leave the guys out) bootcamp workout. There is no better way to burn fat and get totally tight and toned than by combining cardio with full body strength work. Plus, since you'll be alternating between cardio and strength sections, this is also a killer interval workout .
With the weather is getting better feel free to do this workout outside since you don't need any equipment. It's also perfect for the gym if you prefer to bike or do the elliptical trainer instead of running. This one is going to make you sweat, but I promise if you do it 2-3 times a week you'll be hitting the beach with confidence!

Sun, summer and stripes...three of my absolute favorite things! I just can't pass up stripes, ... it doesn't matter where I find them, on chairs, shirts, bedding, towels, pillows , you name it, if I find something with stripes it/s probably coming home with me. It's a compulsion, really:)
One of my favorite ways to wear stripes is on a great sun dress, so I've picked out a few of my current favorites. Whether you want something nautical and preppy like the Lilly Pulitzer for Nantucket lunches, casual and cool for weekend brunches and shopping jaunts like Splendid tank dress or you want to go glam and colorful with the Coast dress for a summer wedding. There is a striped summer sundress for everyone and every budget...the Old Navy dress is only $30! My personal favorite (and one I think I'll have to pick it up since I know I'll wear it everywhere) is the sexy yet sophisticated Rachel Pally maxi dress. Here's to summer dresses!

With spring here and summer around the corner, what could be better than a printable workout designed specifically to help you get tank top arms?!? I love this season’s sleeveless tops and maxi dresses but after a long winter of sweaters and long sleeve blouses my arms could use a little toning. (Truth be told, I’m pretty self conscious about my upper arms so I love exercises that focus on shaping my shoulders and triceps.) Add this workout into your regular cardio routine or some lower body strength work (like thePerfect 10 Lean Legs Workout . All you need is a pair of dumbbells, and you’ll be sporting fabulous toned arms in your favorite outfit this spring and summer!

This tabata workout alternates a cardio move with a strength move so you get your heart rate going and you build strong muscles all at once, making it perfect for getting in shape for bikini season!
Tabata protocol means alternating 20 seconds of high intensity work with 10 seconds of rest and repeating that pattern in 4 minute segments. It's one of the most effective ways to burn calories and increase you fitness, plus it's a go to for celebs like Jessica Biel and Vanessa Lachey.
You can follow along and get the full workout with this video and feel free to go through 2 or 3 times if you need an extra challenge. Plus you can more videos and this workout's full breakdown at FitFabCities.com.

You don't need any equipment to do this workout but if you want an extra challenge feel free to grab dumbbells for the lunges and steps ups. But don't forget you're doing about 100 reps:) If once through isn't enough you can repeat the workout once or twice more. Skinny jeans, stylish shorts and pencil skirts here we come!

It's the perfect Pi Day Workout (after all, it is March 14th or 3/14...get it?) Well there's that.. and the fact this workout is easy as pi! No not the apple or cherry kind...the mathematical constant that is the ratio of any Euclidean circle's circumference to its diameter 3.14 kind of pi. There are at least a few math lovers out there who appreciate the play on words, right?...anyone?
All right, math jokes aside (and yes I do realize that's an oxymoron) this workout is broken down into three minutes of cardio, one minute of rest and finally four minutes of strength work. 3-1-4, get it? The cardio and strength combination will burn lots of calories, tone your muscles and keep you from getting bored.
You can do the "Easy As Pi Workout" at the gym or at home which would make this workout homemade pi (last one I promise). Just grab a pair of dumbbells and a chair and make sure you have enough room to complete push ups and indoor cardio like jumping jacks.

If you haven't had a chance to check out the newest internet obsession "Pinterest" yet, you absolutely must give it a try! I love perusing the web and finding great outfits, cool home ideas and recipes and with Pinterest I can create virtual inspiration/ interest pinboards and keep all those finds in one place. It's also a great way to find inspiration for your wedding, home design and of course...workouts!
Due to my Pinterest devotion, I though I'd make "The Pinterest Workout" and here is how it works. Since the workout is based on what's one the Pinterest homepage it will be different each time you do it.
Some say the best things comes in threes…well in this printable workout I say the best things come in fours! This workout is broken into four simple sections with four exercises in each section so naturally, I’m calling it the 4×4 workout. You only need a pair of dumbbells making this a great at home workout and (bonus!) it can be done in under 20 minutes. You’ll work cardio, then strength, another cardio section and finally abs for a total body, heartpounding, muscle toning workout. In less time than it takes you to watch an episode of Modern Family, you’ll do something great for you, your mind and your body:)
